How to Play

Place your pieces according to their specific movement rules. The King can only travel one square at a time within the palace. Advisors are limited to diagonal moves within the palace. Ministers move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot jump over pieces. Knights move one square straight and then one square diagonally, if not impeded by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, acting as powerful attackers. Cannons move like chariots but must capture by hopping over exactly one piece. Soldiers move forward one square and capture diagonally after crossing the river. Take the opponent's general to win the game. Strategize your moves carefully to defeat the computer opponent.
